Lead Times

• Winch Bumper: 4-8 weeks, built to order.

• ​Accessories: 1-2 weeks.

• AR400 Skid Plates: 2-6 weeks, built to order.

Note: Lead times may vary due to factors such as sales, new product releases, material availability, and workload.

Shipping

• Shipping Methods: UPS Ground, LTL Freight, USPS Priority, or Standard Post.

• Shipping Times: Lead times do not include shipping transit times.

• Shipping Costs: Free local pickup available. Contact us for shipping quotes outside the lower 48 states.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments: Contact us and we will see what can be done.

Returns

• Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.

• Restocking Fee: 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Return Conditions: Parts must be in original condition and packaging.

• Custom or Modified Products: Not eligible for return.

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation

• Cancellation Fees: 5% for cancellations within 7 days, 20% for cancellations after 7 days.

• Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. This will be considered a return.

Warranty

• Limited Warranty: 30-day limited warranty on manufacturing defects.

• Off-Road Use: Warranty does not cover damage from off-road use.
